An efficient bittering hop high in alpha acids (16-20%), Topaz™ delivers smooth and efficient bittering with grassy, pine and resinous flavors. However, Topaz's bright and breezy nature shows in late additions and dry hopping, unveiling light fruit flavors of lychee and clementines from low heat applications.
