Sasquatch® is a wild hop variety that was discovered in the mountain region of British Columbia, grown exclusively by Hops Connect at two farms in Pemberton, BC and southern Ontario. Sasquatch is the first Canadian hop variety that is proprietary and patented. Offering soft aromas and flavors of orange zest, apple blossom, cream, and hay, Sasquatch shines in balanced, crushable styles or when paired with other hops. The first of its kind — a wild, Canadian-born hop variety.

"We’re proud to offer Sasquatch® to Canadian craft brewers looking to bring a taste of the “True North Strong and Free“ to their customers.
Developed and grown exclusively at our farms in Pemberton BC, the Fraser Valley and southern Ontario, Sasquatch has distinct orange zest, tangerine and lemon floral notes, with a soft aroma and flavour. These qualities make it an ideal partner that can bring the distinct notes of other varieties to the foreground. Sasquatch is the perfect variety to be paired with other aroma hops in hop-forward lagers, ISAs, and American Pale Ales.
To ensure the highest quality, Sasquatch is pelletized and packaged by our partner, John I. Haas, at their state-of-the-art pellet plant in Yakima, Washington. It’s currently being used by over 100 Canadian craft brewers to create a uniquely Canadian beer that is garnering attention and accolades for its versatility, freshness, and light fruity/citrus profile." - Sasquatch® Farms
