Redihop®
Protection from Light-struck Flavor
Redihop® is a modified hop extract designed for bittering while providing protection from light-struck flavor. An aqueous solution made of pure rho-iso-α-acid, Redihop delivers a smooth, soft bitterness with about 60% less bitterness than traditional iso-alpha acid extracts. Whether added to wort or beer, Redihop will act as an antimicrobial agent and reduce the chances of bacterial growth during fermentation.
Composition: Produced from CO2 hop extract
Delivery: Supplied in tightly sealed polyethylene containers (1 kg or 20 kg)
Application: Typically after fermentation before final filtration, although it can be added to the kettle
Shelf life: 2 years (when stored properly)
