Pilgrim Hops
Pilgrim Hops
United Kingdom Pilgrim Hops Profile
Developed by Wye College’s breeding program, Pilgrim offers a new twist on traditional English hop character with strong aromatic herbs and spice, rounded out by a soft citrus that lifts the profile. It has improved wilt resistance compared to older English hops, often substituting Target. Pilgrim also works well as a replacement for other English varieties like East Kent Golding with more bitterness potential.
