"Wow. My initial impression of the beer with juice yeast, some CTZ and Cascade in the WP, 3 oz of your Citra and 3 oz of your Nectaron in DH is superb. The smell and taste at kegging is unreal. Like a blend of Galaxy, Mosaic, & possibly some other NZ hops.  It really tastes and smells like a stellar hazy from one of the big gun brewers around here.  I’m going to order more Nectaron!"
