Monroe is a flavor and aroma hop grown in Germany with American wild hop lineage. Monroe offers moderate alpha with a full bouquet of red aroma including raspberry, cassis and summer cherries, complemented by orange syrup and lime. Its distinctive character nods to its namesake, the iconic Marilyn Monroe. With an expressive yet smooth profile characteristic of many German hops, Monroe is well-suited for styles like lagers, wheat ales, blonde ales, and Belgian-style beers.
