Improved Foam and Light-stability
Hexahop Gold® 10% is an aqueous solution of tetrahydro- and hexahydro-iso-α-acids standardized to 10% w/w, used for pleasant, light-stable bittering while simultaneously acting as a foam enhancer, improving foam stand and cling. Hexahop Gold also works to adjust or correct bitterness in beer without harming yields and is especially effective in low BU beers. When added to beer, it will also act as an antimicrobial agent, inhibiting bacterial growth.
Composition: Produced from CO2 hop extract
Delivery: Supplied in tightly sealed polyethylene containers (20 kg)
Application: After fermentation before final filtration
Shelf life: 2 years (when stored properly)
