HBC 1325 c.v. Hop Profile
HBC 1325 c.v. is an experimental high alpha variety developed by the Hop Breeding Company (HBC), a joint venture between John I. Haas and Yakima Chief Ranches. Developed in 2018, HBC 1325 advances sustainability with excellent agronomics, including exceptional resistance to powdery mildew, a late harvest window, and very high yields.
On the rub, it presents with sweet fruit, citrus and herbal aroma. When used for bittering, HBC 1325 delivers a traditional, neutral profile characteristic of classic bittering hops. A next-gen alpha hop built on sustainability and high performance.
