German Ariana Hop Profile
A cross between Herkules and a wild hop, Ariana was released by the Hüll Hop Research Center in Germany. Juicy with sweet, dark fruits like passion fruit and blackcurrants, backed by light floral and citrus. With dual-purpose utility (10-13%), Ariana can be used in a number of applications, delivering smooth bittering and an aromatic lift to a variety of beer styles.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the increasing climate change pressures in the growing region, recent crop year German hops might fall below traditional analytical ranges.

Beta Acids: 4-6.0 %
Cohumulone: 40-42 % of alpha acids
