Grown exclusively by CLS Farms, Zappa™ is a discovered neomexicanus aroma hop native to the mountains of New Mexico. Having evolved independently, Zappa delivers moderate alpha (6-8%) and a uniquely rebellious aroma profile with notes of passionfruit, Fruity Pebbles™, tea tree and spice. Expressive, untamed flavor with true neomexicanus soul.

Genetic origins: Native North American, Humulus lupulus var. neomexicanus, recovered from the wild in New Mexico.
