Triskel Hops
Triskel Hops
French Triskel Hop Profile
Triskel is a descendant of Strisselspalt, inheriting many of the floral and fruity characteristics with more pronounced flavor. Triskel delivers a balanced, yet expressive flavor of wildflowers, stone fruit and caramel. Its high essential oil content makes Triskel especially well-suited for late additions and dry hopping, contributing pleasant aroma and a smooth, well-rounded bitterness. The name “Triskel” is inspired by the triskelion, a symbol of the Gauls — ancestors of the modern French — representing the elements of earth, air, and water.
