Tetrahop Gold® 

Concentrated Bitterness, Zero Light Risk 

Tetrahop Gold® is an aqueous solution of pure tetrahydro-iso-α-acids, used post-fermentation for light-stable bittering, allowing beer to be packaged in green or clear glass without risk. It delivers approximately 30% more bitterness than standard iso-α-acids with a concentration of about 9.0% w/w. Tetrahop Gold also improves head retention in beer with better foam stand and cling. When added to beer, it will also act as an antimicrobial agent, inhibiting bacterial growth.

Tetrahop Gold® 10% delivers the same light-stable bittering, foam enhancement, and antimicrobial properties as Tetrahop Gold, standardized at 10% w/w in a slightly more concentrated form.

Composition: Produced from CO2 hop extract
Delivery: Supplied in tightly sealed polyethylene containers (20 kg)
Application: After fermentation before final filtration
Shelf life: 2 years (when stored properly)
