Summit Hop Profile
Released by the ADHA back in 2003, Summit™ is a high-alpha variety (16-19%) derived from Nugget and Zeus lineage. Summit is primarily used for bittering and can contribute pungent aromas of wild garlic and tangerine, backed by herbs and spices like oregano and black pepper. Harvest conditions and dosing rates will determine the balance between its citrus and onion/garlic character. A bold variety with sharp flavor and assertive bitterness.
