A cross between Brewer’s Gold, Saaz, and a Japanese male, Sorachi Ace is grown in limited quantities in the U.S. and brings unexpected depth to saisons, IPAs, farmhouse ales and Japanese-style lagers. A legendary, dual-purpose hop (12-16% alpha acids) that adds unmistakable character.
