New Zealand Pacifica Hop Profile
Pacifica™ is a triploid aroma hop released in 1994 by New Zealand’s Plant & Food Research Centre, bred through open pollination of Hallertau Mittelfrüh. The Hallertau heritage of Pacifica™ delivers soft, but solid bittering properties (5.0-6.0% AA). A beautiful blend of old-world floral and spice with bright, new-world citrus — especially orange marmalade. Pacifica is a versatile hop that can transform a number of classic and modern styles.
