Pacific Jade Hops
New Zealand Pacific Jade Hop Profile
Pacific Jade™ is a high-alpha, dual-purpose hop variety released from the New Zealand HortResearch Program in 2004. Crossed with First Choice (relative of Late Cluster) and an “Old Line” Saaz male, Pacific Jade's aroma has been described as strong herbal and fresh citrus, rounded out by spicy notes of black pepper. A great selection for brewers who are looking for smooth bittering with expressive flavor.
