Mosaic® was released in 2012 by the Hop Breeding Company as a cross between Simcoe® and a Nugget male. Mosaic's namesake is reflective of its personality — a layered composition of flavor that includes intense tangerine, mango, peach, passionfruit, earthy pine and blueberry. An aromatic darling often seen in alongside Citra®, Mosaic boasts dual-purpose versatility and pairs effortlessly with any variety in hop-forward IPAs, especially a hazy. Wildly popular and a top 10 hop, it delivers expressive, punchy flavor that still manages to surprise. Complex enough to explore, reliable enough to trust.
