Mistral Hops
Mistral Hops
French Mistral Hop Profile
Released in 2016 by the Comptoir Agricole breeding program from the Alsace growing region, Mistral is a dual-purpose hop (6.5–8.5%) with a delicate fruit character. It performs best in later additions while still delivering a clean bitterness. Mistral offers subtle, yet refreshing aromas of orange, melon, rose and lychee. A refined touch for styles that call for elegance in the finish.
