Isohop®
Natural Bitterness Control
Isohop® is an aqueous solution made of pure iso-α-acids from CO₂ extract, standardized to 30% alpha acids. With no hop aroma and clean bitterness, Isohop is designed to be used during the filtration process to correct or adjust bitterness that may have been under-hopped in the kettle. When added to beer, it will also act as an antimicrobial agent and inhibit bacterial growth. When hopping doesn’t go according to plan, Isohop will help get your beer back on target.
Composition: Produced from CO2 hop extract
Delivery: Supplied in tightly sealed polyethylene containers (20 kg)
Application: After fermentation before final filtration
Shelf life: 2 years (when stored properly)
