New Zealand Green Bullet Hop Profile
Green Bullet™ is a triploid hop variety that was bred by New Zealand's Department of Scientific and Industrial Research and released in 1972. Green Bullet™ kicks bittering into gear with high alpha acids (11-15%) and a complex flavor and aroma profile featuring dark fruits, pine needles, floral notes, and slight spice. It can hold its own in big beers like stouts and imperial IPAs, yet also brings refreshing bitterness and flavor to lagers and more crushable styles. A long-standing, bold New Zealand hop with a signature bittering punch.
