CBC-1 is known for its neutrality and high-quality performance and its ability to carbonate kegs, casks, or bottles adequately. CBC-1 is ideal for sweeter fruit beers or full-bodied, malty ales. It is also great for beer styles with higher alcohol content. This yeast will settle and form a tight mat at the end of fermentation.
