Thank you for choosing Yakima Valley Hops for your brewing needs. As part of the John I. Haas family, we are committed to delivering exceptional hops and advanced liquid extracts fast, fresh, and with friendly, top-tier service.
PROCESSING TIME
We specialize in bulk spot and HOPmergency orders because we know your brew schedule depends on reliable, timely delivery.
As an e-commerce-driven hop supplier, we aim to ship all online orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, national and company holidays, and circumstances outside our control (even we can’t outrun Mother Nature sometimes). During sales events and holidays, we recommend planning ahead and placing orders early to keep your brew schedule on track.
- Orders placed before 8:30 AM PST, Monday through Friday, may qualify for same-day shipment.
- HOPmergency express orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST for possible same-day processing.
- Pallet orders shipping via LTL typically process and ship within 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed.

SHIPPING METHODS
To serve both commercial brewers and homebrewers, we offer multiple carrier options and service levels at checkout. We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO addresses, and offer local pickup.
Yakima Valley Hops no longer ships directly outside the United States. This allows international customers to work with BarthHaas partners who are better equipped to manage logistics, customs, and regional supply.
International customers may still order through our website by using a U.S.-based freight forwarder or third-party shipping provider. Orders can be shipped to the forwarder’s U.S. address, and the forwarder will manage international delivery and customs. Otherwise, please refer to the below for a list of our sister companies and preferred distributors:
Africa: For orders shipping directly to the continent of Africa, please contact BarthHaas, and they will be able to best supply you.
Canada: We are happy to refer our valued Canadian brewers to our friends at Hops Connect Canada. Homebrewers in Canada can find great Haas hops and hop products at either Grain to Glass, Grapes to Glass, or Moût International.
Europe: Please reach out to our friends at BarthHaasX for your brewing needs.
Mexico: For orders shipping directly to customers in Mexico, please consider our partners in the region: MICerveSA or Insumos Cerveceros.
Oceana: Please contact our partners at Hop Products Australia for your commercial brewing needs.
South America: Please contact LNF Latino Americana if you are in Brazil, Paraguay, or Uruguay. If you are in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, or Colombia, please contact GE Corp Brewing Solutions.
Asia: Please contact us directly for commercial brewery inquiries.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking hits your inbox as soon as your shipment is scanned by the carrier. Don’t see it? Give your spam or promotions folder a quick look. For the latest updates, use the tracking link in your email. If something goes sideways with delivery, the carrier is your fastest path to file a claim. Still stuck or missing tracking? SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on weight, service level, and destination.
We also offer flat-rate pricing on select express services within certain weight thresholds to provide cost-effective expedited options. Any shipping savings we see go right back to our brewer because every dollar saved is more beer in the tank.
