Released in 2018, Sabro® was developed by the Hop Breeding Company as a cross pollination of a female neomexicanus hop. Sabro imparts a complex blend of strong tangerine, coconut, tropical and stone fruit, rounded out by cedar, mint and a distinct cream character that's uncommon in most hops. With dual-purpose versatility (12–16% alpha acids) and tropical to the extreme, Sabro® performs well on its own while also playing nicely with others — adding an unmistakable flavor that’s uniquely its own.
