Bravo Hops
Bravo Hop Profile
Bravo™ came to life in the early 2000's as an open pollination super alpha variety, selected for good agronomics. A preferred, well-respected bittering hop to commercial and homebrewers alike, Bravo's alpha acid content typically sits around 14-17%. Despite its reputation as a pleasant bittering hop, Bravo™ contributes expressive aroma in later additions, especially notes of orange, candied lime and floral.
