HOLIDAY CLOSURES

December 23-25 and January 1

Eric Moser & Eric Pakuzewski

"We started the quest to learn to brew beer, and after much research and YouTube videos we started with out first 1 gallon batch of all grain beer, The Pineapple IPA. Only later to be ruined by a miscalculation of priming sugar while bottling. Ka-Boom", say the brewers. One of the main reasons they started brewing is because good, local, craft beer was tricky to find at the time. Their go to beer was Zombie Dust from 3 Floyds out of Munster Indiana, even that was hard to find.

Currently the brewers goals are to keep learning brewing techniques while helping others through their social media as well as YouTube channel.

Although they don't currently have plans to open up a brewery, a small tap-house for a local community seems like a pretty fun gig for the two, after retirement.

Be sure to check out Moski Homebrew on their social accounts and YouTube!

We started brewing on a fairly cheap budget, a basic propane and cooler system. One of the easiest things to do for us to save some money was to start buying hops in bulk, as our local homebrew shop was charging more per ounce. Ever since that moment we have kept a fairly good supply of all varieties of hops from YVH on hand, not only saving money but one step closer to brewing at a moment's notice if you already have the ingredients on hand.
